Ingham’s Pest Control is a growing company serving residential and commercial clients in the Fort Lauderdale area. We’re looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician who takes pride in their work, is organized, communicates well with customers, and wants to build a long-term career. This is a hands-on field role with strong earning potential through our commission program.
What You’ll Do
∙ Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
∙ Handle general pest, rodent, bee removal, mosquito, lawn, ornamental, and palm services
∙ Inspect properties including attics and sometimes tight spaces
∙ Educate customers on treatments and pest prevention
∙ Upsell existing customers and generate new client referrals
∙ Maintain a clean company vehicle and properly dispose of chemicals
∙ Follow all safety protocols and regulations
∙ Communicate professionally with customers in person and by phone

Requirements
∙ Minimum 1 year of pest control experience required
∙ Valid Florida pesticide applicator license (or ability to transfer)
∙ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
∙ Able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
∙ Comfortable climbing ladders and entering attics
∙ Able to pull hoses and operate equipment
∙ Strong people skills and customer service
∙ Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
∙ Sales-minded — comfortable recommending services and closing add-ons
