Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days on-site/2 remote) role for a Program Support Specialist located in Okemos, MI. The Program Support Specialist will provide administrative support, assist with program management tasks, and help ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing program activities, providing excellent customer service to members, handling communications, and analyzing data to enhance program impact. Collaboration with team members and external stakeholders will also be a key part of the role.
