- Gerer l'acces des nouveaux utilisateurs et controler l'acces des clients?

- Surveiller les rapports de controle pour analyser et reperer les problemes en cours

Profil recherche
- Diplome d'etude en Electronique, en Technologie de la telecommunication ou autre domaine connexe
- 2 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire
- Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) au parler et a l'ecrit
- Espagnol (un atout)
- Connaissance approfondie du hardware et des logiciels
- Capacite a etablir rapidement de bonnes relations de travail avec les clients?
- Connaissance de base en electronique
- Familiariser avec le systeme de ticket de service et plainte ZENDESK
- Sens aigu du service a la clientele?
- Capacite de bien travailler avec les gens?
- Solides competences de communication?
- Excellentes competences organisationnelles.

Summary
- Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues
- Manage new user access and control customer access
- Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists
- Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues
- All other related duties.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology
- Two years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing
- Spanish (a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with customers
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to work well with people
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
