Mechanical Systems Assembly Technician
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (1st Shift)
Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site)
Sign-On Bonus: $750.00 (payment details provided at time of offer)
A day in this role
Clock in at 6:00 a.m., review travelers and work instructions, then dive into building precision mechanical and hydraulic assemblies that power industries worldwide. You’ll read blueprints and schematics, select tools, set up hoists or lifts to position heavy components, and torque fasteners to spec using calibrated instruments. Throughout the shift, you’ll complete sub-assemblies and final builds, run basic tests, verify alignment and fit, and document results. You’ll collaborate with teammates, keep your area orderly, and contribute ideas in continuous improvement huddles—wrapping up by entering production data and verifying all quality checks are complete.
Role snapshot
- Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components with hand and power tools per engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Build sub-assemblies and final products; perform basic testing and verification.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to plan work.
- Check alignment, torque, and fit; complete travelers and inspection checklists with accuracy.
- Operate hoists, lifts, and similar devices to safely position parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and support continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of hands-on assembly experience.
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and precision measurement (torque wrenches, calipers, gauges).
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for viewing instructions and entering production data.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Work arrangements
100% on-site at our Tulsa, Oklahoma facility. Must be able to work extended hours as required by management.
