Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Provide controls focused technical support to customers and field technicians via phone, email, and Salesforce case management.
- Troubleshoot electrical and controls systems, including VFDs, controllers, wiring schematics, and related components.
- Guide customers through diagnostics and corrective actions using clear, professional, customer friendly communication.
- Assist with development and delivery of technical training classes and presentations.
- Support creation and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
- Perform limited mechanical troubleshooting as needed, with primary emphasis on controls and electrical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year controls and electrical troubleshooting.
- 2 year hands on experience troubleshooting controls and electrical systems in a technical or industrial environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a passport for occasional international travel (primarily Canada).
- 1 year proficiency with case management systems, documentation tools, and standard office software.
