We are Hiring for Maintenance Crew

This is a hands-on role working with lawn equipment and tools. If you enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity. While we prefer some professional experience, we are willing to train the right candidates.

The work schedule for Maintenance Crew is Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm. Saturdays may be scheduled as needed, depending on the weeks weather conditions. Weather conditions may vary and the candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Some of but not all of the job requirements and responsibilities are as follows

• Follow directions and listen to your crew leader
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
• Learn our procedures and techniques
• Know or learn how to properly use and operate equipment. This includes being able to identify, check and add equipment fluids (fuel, motor oil, hydraulic oil, etc...)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, and walk most of the day
• Learn how to drive a truck and trailer
• Properly load and unload the truck and trailer as needed
• Empty the debris and trash from the truck, trailer, and equipment on a daily basis
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Arrive to work on time with good attendance
• Be able to take constructive criticism
• Maintain a good work ethic and a positive attitude

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mowing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
