Ingersoll’s US operations are housed on our state-of-the-art manufacturing and marketing campus in Rockford, Illinois. We are currently accepting applications for a PRICING ADMINISTRATOR.
This is a professional position responsible for growing and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and the outside sales representatives that service them.

Essential job duties and Responsibilities include:
- Quoting prices and availability of products often negotiating to maximize both profit and market share.
- This position will involve supporting customer service functions assisting with customer orders, order entry, purchase orders, etc.
- Collaborating with field sales, customer, design, and proposal engineering to assist with projects, quoting and order maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cutting tools and their application is a plus.
- Coordinate regional and national price increases and promotions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Ability to analyze data, apply knowledge and promote pricing strategies in the marketplace.
- Ability to effectively communicate on various levels of the organization (internal and external) including emails, formal reports, individual and group presentations.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
