Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our Vehicle Acquisition Department. This role involves guest-facing interactions, vehicle appraisals, and purchase negotiations. Candidates will be provided with full training and hands-on experience to build a strong foundation in the automotive industry.
Contact warm leads to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments
Appraise vehicles for purchase
Present and negotiate purchase opportunities with guests
Follow up with guests who did not sell their vehicle
Complete purchase documentation accurately
Training Provided:
CRM system usage
Appraisal tools
Guest communication and interaction skills
Industry knowledge and processes
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience (not required):
Automotive industry background
Reception or customer service experience
Business Development Center (BDC) experience
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Punctuality and reliability
Professional guest interaction skills in person
High attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes
Positive energy and enthusiasm in all guest interactions
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual pay range: $50,000 – $70,000 (hourly base performance bonus)
