Responsibilities
Meet with service guests and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle
Increase guest satisfaction by building guest relations
Maintain Ingersoll's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, guest service, and good team member and community relations
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update guests frequently
Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
Oversee technicians working on guest vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering and job completion times
Oversee and participate in quality control
Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
Multitasking skills
Proficient use of computers/business machines
