What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Ingenworks?
Responsibilities
• Project manager/ Portfolio Manager role capability (8-9 years) with tech experience in the recent past
• Motivated individual, can adapt to changing project needs, positive attitude
• Working tech knowledge (not expected to code though), excel expertise (highly preferred)
• AXP experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
• Excellent Communicator, adept at documentation, follow-ups, scale up/down subject to your audience (Tech, Dir, PM, Prog Mgr)
• Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
• Prior IS / Database /App development, team experience preferred but not mandatory
• At times we may have offshore calls that will need support
• Testing and Release management experience in large complex platforms preferred
• Working knowledge of collaboration and workflow tools like Rally, Jira, Confluence preferred
• PM and Tech certifications preferred not mandatory
