Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with LexisNexis FircoSoft (v6.12.3 preferred or similar versions)
- Strong experience with:
- Firco Continuity
- Firco Trust
- Firco Compliance Link (FCL)
- Experience with AML, Sanctions, and PEP screening
- Experience configuring screening rules, filters, and matching algorithms
- Strong experience in real-time transaction/message screening environments
- Experience handling SWIFT, XML, and ISO 20022 message formats
- Strong experience with AWS cloud platform
- Strong SQL / Oracle / relational database experience
- Experience with APIs, batch, and real-time integrations
- Scripting experience using Shell or Python
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architecture
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Exposure to cloud-native applications and real-time streaming platforms
- Experience with automation and scripting for operational support
