Outbound Supply Chain Analyst
This role will start as a 6-month project with a high likelihood for future project opportunities.
Job Overview
Support the Vehicle Exports and Customs senior manager in supporting/managing the Vehicle Operations Centers (VPC) and Marshalling Yard (MY) from Home Office. Being the central point for reporting KPI metrics and the financial analysis of the VPC’s / MY and all costs related to the running of them. In addition, to support the Vehicle Exports and Customs senior manager in regards to financial – operational tasks required by the VPC’s / MY with Home Office. Key stakeholder in the VPC / MY budget planning, forecasting and tracking process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the collecting, storing and interpretation of all relevant data related to managing the VPC’s and MY. Data to covers areas such as performance / efficiency as well as financial data relating to costs/ financial impact for organization.
- Source / collect data and create comprehensive VPC weekly reports to monitor performance in the format of:
- Operational KPIs for VPCs and MY
- Regular reporting to Senior Leadership
- Managing financial milestones throughout fiscal year
- Ensure KPI metric reporting data is robust and correct by working with finance and controlling on data sets to match VD&L’s requirements.
- Responsible for creating annual OP budget plan for operational costs of VPCs and MY.
- Manage capital budget & facilities plans including detailed planning meetings with all stakeholders.
- Manage and track all SLA’s and chargeback invoices in relation to VPC projects.
- Support the VPC coordinators with payment/ invoice queries.
- Report bi-weekly on accessory inventory development @ VPC’ / MY.
- Manage process to review monthly orders of accessories with internal accessory department as well as the VPC parts staff.
- Support the senior manager with data and analysis for strategic VPC and MY projects.
- Work closely with IT to ensure that the systems used by the facilities [VOISv & SWT] are meeting the requirements of the business.
Qualifications
- Requires bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Generally, 5 or more years of experience. Advanced degree or extensive experience may offset some requirements.
- Experience in automotive and / or OEM operations, supply chain operations, or business strategy required. Leadership experience in some capacity preferred.

- General knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of an organization.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data sets and KPIs to uncover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that drive operational efficiency and performance.
- Experience collaborating across multi-functional teams.
- Critical and creative problem-solving skills required.
- Proficient with all common Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing complex inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
