About the position: The Agency Deal Administrator position requires a candidate with detailed knowledge of Syndicated deal administration from the agency perspective and substantial experience supporting Loan Administration. Responsibilities include timely handling of all Agency transactions, daily workflow related to Loan Administration, and tasks such as issuance, advising, amending, reporting, billing, document checking, and payments. The role involves capturing transactions on the Loan IQ Lending platform, analyzing structured finance loan portfolios, performing audits, reconciling interest and fees, reviewing commercial loan terms, resolving discrepancies, preparing spreadsheets, and recommending procedural changes when necessary. Effective communication skills and the ability to address moderate to complex system-related issues are essential. About the department: The successful candidate will collaborate harmoniously with a team of 7 dedicated professionals under the guidance of a supportive and experienced manager. Responsibilities: The Agency Deal administrator will be responsible for all aspects of deal servicing, will be the primary client contact (external and internal) and will be responsible for performing the following functions: Analyze Credit Documentation and extract the necessary information for deal capture and booking in Lending System. Processing borrowing and payment requests, arrange for funding/break funding, set rates, and renew maturing loan contracts. Confirm rates and margin changes. Calculation and billing of commitment, unutilized, letter of credit and agency fees. Set-up and maintain customer records including administrative details and payment instructions (including the collection of original tax forms). Work with closers and investors on assignment of loans. Initial Set-up and monitoring of Covenant/Compliance Tracking. Timely distribution of Financial Statements and Compliance Certificates. Monitor commitment limits and expiration dates. Monitor daily cash flow and investigate unidentified amounts in suspense account. Respond promptly to all service requests from clients and investors. Assist Manager in any special projects as needed. Train and support new employees. Direct Contact with Borrowers and Co-Lenders. Qualifications / Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or closely-related quantitative field from an accredited U.S. school (or equivalent) 4 years of relevant loan agency experience Experience / Knowledge: Strong understanding of origination and syndication process Proficiency with Loan IQ required Experience with web-based systems (DebtDomain and Clearpar) Experience and familiarity with Credit Agreements and others related loan documentation Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong focus on controls, procedures, quality, accuracy, and detail oriented Personal Competencies : Self-motivated, confident, and committed to the company goals Able to use MS-Office with advanced knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point Capable to function under stressful conditions Ability to multi-task Flexible and learning capacity to adapt to on-going changes Client service oriented Salary Range $110,000 - $140,000 In addition to comprehensive health benefits, a generous 401k savings plan, and competitive PTO, ING provides a broad array of benefits including adoption, surrogacy, and fertility services; student debt assistance; and subsidies for expenses associated with working from home, commuting, and fitness.
