The Project Coordinator coordinates project activities, maintains documentation, supports communication among project managers, technical teams, customers, and stakeholders, and helps ensure project information is accessible and reliable.

Primary Duties

Project administration
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up.
- Track deliverables, milestones, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, approved changes, and action items.
- Maintain organized project documentation and accessible project information.
Team and customer support
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Support Agile activities including backlog tracking, sprint planning support, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI-assisted productivity tools responsibly for summaries, action lists, reports, documentation, and communications.
Qualifications
Skills and experience.
- Project coordination, project support, administrative support, customer support, operations, or related experience.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Preferred experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, compliance, business transformation, or technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, FedRAMP 20x, and DoW CC SRG is a plus.
