What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Coordinator position at Infusion Plus?
Infusion Plus is looking to add a new Intake Coordiantor to our growing home infusion team. This individiaul will work with our clinical liasons, hospital case managers and other key stakeholders to coordinate the initiation of home infusion therapy for patients. The ideal candidate will have healthcare and care coordiantion or case management experience. The role requires the team member to be onsite in our Flowood, MS office and is FT* 830 AM- 5 PM Monday - Friday. Additinally, the Intake team has a rotating on call schedule, candidates should expect to be on-call approximately one weekend per month and one evening per week.
Must be licensed in good standing as a RN
