Location: Tapestry Bistro & Bar | San Francisco Design Center

Tapestry Bistro & Bar, operated by Infuse Hospitality, is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Server to join our growing team. Located within the iconic San Francisco Design Center, Tapestry offers elevated California cuisine, specialty coffee, craft cocktails, and full-service catering and private events.

This is an opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment and enjoys delivering memorable guest experiences.

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to restaurant guests and event attendees. Successful candidates are passionate about hospitality, have strong food and beverage knowledge, and understand the standards of intentional dining service.

• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service throughout every guest interaction.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine, beer, spirits, and specialty beverages.
• Guide guests through menu selections while confidently making recommendations.
• Execute proper intentional dining service standards, including table maintenance, coursing, and beverage service.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Coordinate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and event spaces.
• Assist with banquet, catering, and private event execution when needed.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

• Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant serving experience
• Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
• Experience using restaurant POS systems (Toast or Square preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Fixed schedule, including evenings and optional occasional weekends for private events
• California Food Handler Card
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain)

• Banquet or catering experience
• Beverage service knowledge
• Hospitality or culinary education
• Luxury hotel or upscale restaurant experience
