Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional IV Infusion Center Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Infusion Center Administrative Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors. This role provides front-desk reception and clerical support, facilitates patient check-in and check-out processes, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and ensures a positive and efficient patient experience. The receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment in the infusion center.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professionalism.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with infusion therapy office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
