This is an on-site, contract position located in Des Moines, IA for a FileCloud Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining the FileCloud environment, implementing security measures, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and optimizing the platform for performance and reliability. The FileCloud Administrator will collaborate with technical teams, document processes, and provide training to ensure effective use of the system.
- Proficiency in managing and administrating FileCloud or similar file-sharing platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performance
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for data protection and access management
- Strong documentation skills for creating guides and communication materials
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and provide user training
- Proficiency in IT systems and a strong understanding of system integration concepts
