Lead Network Engineer

Position: Network Director (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Onsite – North New Jersey

We’re seeking a Network Director with deep, hands-on expertise in Extreme Networks infrastructure for a high-density, event-driven stadium environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing large-scale wired and wireless networks.

Required Skills

• 10 years of enterprise network engineering and architecture experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Extreme Networks systems: ExtremeCloud IQ, ExtremeFabric, ExtremeSwitching, ExtremeControl
• High-density Wi-Fi design and optimization for large public venues
• Strong background in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, VLAN segmentation, QoS, multicast)
• Network security, redundancy, and performance tuning
• Integration experience with broadcast, IPTV, and A/V systems
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analytics tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under live-event conditions
• Certifications such as Extreme Certified Professional, CCNP, CWNA preferred.
