Overview:
Role
We are seeking a highly organized Cybersecurity Analyst to support PCI compliance, audit preparation, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across global teams. This role is less engineering-focused and more centered on maintaining security standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting ongoing security initiatives through consistent communication, documentation, and follow-up.
How You Will Contribute:
- Support PCI compliance activities, including evidence collection, documentation updates, and control verification.
- Work closely with internal teams, auditors, and external partners during assessments, providing required materials and tracking outstanding requests.
- Coordinate with stores, offices, and regional teams to follow up on security tasks, ensure completion of remediation activities, and track progress across multiple projects.
- Maintain detailed documentation for PCI controls, policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Assist in reviewing security gaps and organizing remediation activities with infrastructure, application, and retail teams.
- Prepare reports, compliance summaries, dashboards, and tracking logs to support ongoing security and audit initiatives.
- Support security operations teams with administrative items such as incident documentation, ticket follow-ups, metrics, and maintaining consistent process workflows.
- Ensure deadlines are met and communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, next steps, and outstanding deliverables.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in a cybersecurity, IT compliance, or security operations role.
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements for retail and e-commerce environments (experience supporting an audit is highly preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with auditors, stores, office staff, and technical teams.
- Familiarity with security concepts such as vulnerability management, access control, logging, and basic network security.
- Experience with cloud or on-prem environments is helpful but not required.
- Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation tools used for audits and compliance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Security or compliance certifications such as Security , CISA, or PCI-related credentials.
- Experience working in retail, consumer brands, or distributed enterprise environments.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office (subject to company policy changes).
