Location: Hybrid in Urbandale, IA (Des Moines, IA)

Duration: 1 year to LONG term

Rate: DOE/hr on OUR W2

Must be fully proficient in all technical skills and have demonstrated leadership experience
Work will be a flexible hybrid 50/50 in office.

Full stack application development with React and Node.js

API backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
Job Description:
- Develops web applications in the John Deere Operations Center for Spraying logistics
- Leads features for a team of developers to implement, test, and support in a production environment
- Collaborates with Product Managers, User Experience, and other support roles to discover and define product requirements
- Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology and techniques
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node JS
- Strong experience in using and designing REST APIs in Spring Boot
- Experience in AWS ECS, SQS, Cloudwatch, and ElastiCache for Redis
- Experience with Test Driven Development, test automation, CI/CD (Cypress, GitHub Actions)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a cross functional team and across time zones
- Knowledge of Typescript
