About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. This role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end initiatives, collaborate closely with business and logistics teams, and contribute to impactful warehouse transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with logistics and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Design, configure, and deliver SAP EWM solutions, including standard configuration and custom development.
Partner with SAP technical teams to develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Test, troubleshoot, and validate SAP EWM solutions to ensure alignment with business processes.
Actively participate in end-to-end testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Provide ongoing support for logistics-related applications, including SAP and non-SAP systems.
Lead and oversee Level-2 support activities to ensure timely incident resolution and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the planning and execution of new warehouse implementations and enhancements.
Take ownership of initiatives and lead them from concept through delivery.
Stay current with SAP EWM features, best practices, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
12 years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in a functional and/or development role.
Strong expertise in SAP EWM on S/4HANA.
Proven ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test, and implement SAP EWM solutions.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site implementations and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with XPS™ Cross-Carrier Packing and Shipping functionality.
Background in Medical Devices or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
