Job Title: Senior Generative AI Engineer
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer with strong experience working with healthcare Payer data and building advanced AI solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI, NLP, and modern LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. Exposure to ML model deployment and familiarity with ETL/SSIS development is highly valuable. This role supports the development of intelligent, scalable, and secure AI-driven capabilities for our healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for healthcare Payer workflows and analytics.
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging Azure Cognitive Search and vector-based retrieval systems.
Build NLP models for text understanding, summarization, extraction, classification, and conversational applications.
Implement AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM orchestration tools.
Support ML model deployment on Azure (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure ML endpoints).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions aligned with Payer data requirements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards (HIPAA, PHI).
(Nice to Have) Assist with or maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS to support data integration and transformation tasks.
Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
Good to have hands on experience working with Payer data or healthcare data environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Data Lake, Functions, Cognitive Search).
Proven experience in Generative AI, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, NLP, and LLM-based solution development.
Proficiency with Python, vector databases, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks.
Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM applications and autonomous agents.
Exposure to ML deployment, model pipelines, and operationalization (MLOps).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ETL development using SSIS and traditional data warehousing workflows.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, containerization, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in agile development environments.
Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).
