Title: Salesforce Architect (Sales & Service Cloud)
Location: Denver (Onsite – Day 1)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with strong integration experience and hands-on experience of Oracle Eloqua. The ideal candidate will design scalable Salesforce solutions, lead integrations across enterprise systems, and drive end-to-end architecture for customer engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Sales and Service Cloud
- Lead system integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing, Middleware, etc.)
- Integrate Salesforce with Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions
- Develop and review integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools)
- Oversee data migration, data modeling, and data quality processes
- Support deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor developers and ensure code quality through design reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Salesforce architecture
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Extensive experience in system integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, Middleware)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua integration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
