This role requires a senior RF Engineer with 10 years of experience and specialized expertise in Ericsson 5G/LTE tuning and optimization. Candidates must have led five projects, including two large-scale metropolitan projects, with deep knowledge of Layer 3 analysis, KPIs, ENM, and optimization tools (TEMS/Actix) to improve network performance. [
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Experience & Education: Minimum 10 years experience with BSEE/BSCS or equivalent.
- Technical Expertise: Recent experience in Ericsson 5G NR and 4G LTE tuning, optimization, and parameter changes/feature activations.
- Leadership: Proven leadership on five projects, with at least two focusing on large-scale geographic areas (metro/statewide).
- Tools & Analysis: Proficiency in TEMS investigation, Actix, Agilent, and R&S for L3, drive test data analysis, and event analysis (accessibility, retainability, handovers).
- Network Optimization: Experience with loaded network tuning, IRAT procedures, Ericsson Network Manager (ENM), enhanced uplink, and multi-carrier deployment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, independence in high-pressure environments, and ability to manage customer expectations. [, , , ]
