Job Title: Project / Program Manager – Supply Chain

Location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite

Duration: 12 months

The Project Manager for the GPC Supply Chain team is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, drive cost savings, and enhance operational performance. The PM plays a critical role in leading strategic initiatives supporting the organizational split of Genuine Parts Company (GPC) into NAPA (Automotive/Tech-enabled supply chain) and Motion Industries (Industrial supply chain).

This role partners closely with senior leadership to manage complex, cross-functional transformation programs that ensure seamless operational separation, continuity, and long-term scalability of both business units.

The Project Manager will drive execution across supply chain processes, systems, and organizational change to enable a successful transition while maintaining operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transformation Initiatives -

• Lead supply chain workstreams supporting the GPC separation into NAPA and Motion Industries

• Develop and execute transition plans for process, systems, data, and operations split

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple transformation programs

2. Project & Program Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects tied to supply chain transformation

• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for separation initiatives

• Track progress against timelines, budgets, and risks

• Implement governance structures, status reporting, and escalation processes
