About the Role
InfoVision is seeking a Deployment Strategist to support complex technology deployments for large enterprise environments. This is a senior, client‑facing role focused on planning, coordinating, and driving successful adoption of enterprise‑scale IT initiatives, including cloud, infrastructure, and managed services deployments.
This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement, partnering with enterprise IT leaders and cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure deployments are executed smoothly and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end deployment strategy from discovery through go‑live and post‑deployment review
- Assess enterprise environments to identify deployment risks, adoption gaps, and integration dependencies
- Create structured deployment roadmaps with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics
- Partner with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to align on scope, sequencing, and change management needs
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineers, architects, and project managers to execute phased deployment plans
- Facilitate client‑facing workshops, enablement sessions, and executive status updates
- Track deployment health across multiple concurrent initiatives, escalating risks and blockers as needed
- Develop and maintain deployment documentation including runbooks, go‑live checklists, and post‑deployment reports
- Act as a trusted advisor on enterprise technology adoption and delivery best practices
What Success Looks Like
- Rapid establishment of credibility with enterprise stakeholders
- Ownership of a defined portfolio of deployment initiatives
- On‑time delivery of key deployment milestones within the first 90 days
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in technology deployment, IT consulting, or client‑facing delivery roles
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise‑scale technology deployments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, managed services, and enterprise IT environments
- Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or ITSM delivery frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, ITIL v4, or similar certification
- Experience working in global IT services or systems integrator environments
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar technologies
- Background supporting regulated or large enterprise industries
