JOB TITLE: Analyst II - AccountingJOB LOCATION: Brea, CA, 92821 (Onsite Position)Contract Duration: 06 monthsNOTE: Candidates with Medical Device, Pharma OR Healthcare background will be highly prefered JOB DESCRIPTION:In this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Oversee cash processes, monitor transactions, and ensure all cash balances are accurate and up-to-date• Prepare cash entries and related activities• Prepare and process payroll costing entries and accruals analysis• Prepare various account reconciliations and manage closing activities• Prepare tax package supporting documents• Assist with the preparation of audit PBC documents The essential requirements of the job include:• BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or closely related discipline• 5 or more years of general accounting experience It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:• Cash Accounting• General Ledger accounting• Reconciliations• Working experience with accounting using Oracle, MS Office
