Project Scheduler
Location: Kennewick, WA
Duration: 12-Month Contract (W2)
Schedule: 4x10 Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Scheduler – Nuclear Projects to support nuclear and engineering projects by developing, maintaining, and coordinating project schedules. This role works closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and Passport scheduling tools.
- Support planning for online work, outage projects, and lifecycle project activities.
- Track project progress, critical path activities, and schedule performance.
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, procurement coordination, and risk management.
- Identify and resolve schedule conflicts and delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership.
- Support long-range planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Qualifications
One of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field; OR
- Associate degree in a related field plus 2 years of technical experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of technical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting nuclear, utility, energy, or large industrial projects.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, project controls, and risk management.
