Are you an experienced Program/Project Manager with a strong background in Wealth Management or Financial Services? We're looking for a strategic leader to drive enterprise initiatives, partner with senior executives, and lead cross-functional programs that improve advisor experience, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead enterprise programs from planning through execution
✅ Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners
✅ Drive digital transformation, data modernization, and process improvements
✅ Manage program timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications
✅ Support implementation of CRM, portfolio management, reporting, and data platforms
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 10 years of Program/Project Management experience
✔️ Background in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services
✔️ Experience delivering large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
✔️ Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, Power BI, or similar technologies is a plus
✔️ PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are preferred
Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
