Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and production schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a range of manufacturing machinery, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC machining centers.
- Set up machines according to technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents, ensuring precise calibration and alignment.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and manufacturing instructions to produce components accurately.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other measurement tools to verify product quality.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs or adjustments on industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
- Use shop math skills for calculations related to material dimensions, tolerances, and machining parameters.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Prepare finished products for packaging or assembly lines as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and production standards while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet established quality, accuracy, and production requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machines, including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar automation systems.
- Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Experience with CAM programming.
- Knowledge of CAD design software, such as SolidWorks or similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, welding, tooling setup, and factory manufacturing processes.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
- Knowledge of shop math and GD&T principles for quality control.
- Experience with safety standards in production environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and machinery.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklift equipment.
- Familiarity with packaging procedures is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information quickly and accurately.
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred.
- Knowledge of assembly line processes and material handling is advantageous.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.26 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
