Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for executing production operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role supports the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products through strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing activities such as weighing, dispensing, compounding, filtration, filling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with SOPs
- Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards
- Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other documentation in real time
- Assist in equipment setup, cleaning, and changeover activities
- Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and safety concerns promptly
- Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Maintain cleanroom standards and follow aseptic techniques where applicable
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
- Basic understanding of cleanroom operations and aseptic practices (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment
