Global Client Implementation Manager

Infotree Global Solutions
Plymouth, MI Full Time
POSTED ON 9/30/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 10/28/2026

Position Summary

Our clients are global, and their needs often expand quickly across countries and regions. The quality of each implementation directly impacts client satisfaction, operational success, and future growth.

As Global Client Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of new client relationships and new-country expansions—from contract execution through operational readiness. You will ensure the right stakeholders, systems, approvals, processes, and compliance requirements are aligned and completed before recruiting begins.

Serving as a key implementation partner to the client and the internal project lead, you will coordinate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Recruiting, Technology, and regional operations to deliver a seamless and consistent onboarding experience. You will also help strengthen and scale Infotree’s global implementation methodology by developing playbooks, governance, automation, and best practices that support consistent execution across regions.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring strong project leadership, organization, communication, and operational judgment.

Key Responsibilities

RFI/RFP & Pre-Implementation Support

  • Assist in responding to RFIs/RFPs and other pre-implementation client requests, partnering with Sales, Account Management, and appropriate functional and regional teams.
  • Provide operational input on implementation approach, timelines, country capabilities, workforce models, systems, compliance requirements, and delivery considerations.
  • Identify implementation risks and dependencies during the RFI/RFP process and help ensure key commitments and requirements are carried forward into implementation.

Global Implementation Leadership

  • Lead the implementation lifecycle from signed agreement through operational readiness, go-live, and successful post launch to handoff to Recruiting/Account Management.
  • Develop and manage implementation plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness activities across multiple concurrent global implementations.
  • Lead implementation and governance meetings with internal stakeholders and client project teams, ensuring clear accountability for deliverables, timelines, and open issues.
  • Maintain implementation status reporting, risk and action logs, and executive updates, proactively driving resolution of or escalating issues that could impact launch.
  • Conduct formal implementation handoffs to ensure Recruiting and Account Management teams have the documentation, system access, client requirements, billing setup, and operational instructions needed for ongoing delivery.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future implementations.

Contracts, Compliance & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate and track the execution of MSAs, SOWs, country-specific addenda, and related contractual documentation, including redlines, approvals, signatures, and implementation dependencies through completion.
  • Identify legal, commercial, compliance, or operational issues requiring escalation to Legal, regional experts, or other appropriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate client insurance and risk documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, additional insured requirements, and renewals, in partnership with the Consultant Care Compliance Team, insurance brokers, Legal, and Finance.
  • Maintain centralized, audit-ready implementation documentation and executed agreements.

Client Systems & Technology Enablement

  • Coordinate setup and operational readiness of client portals, VMS/MSP platforms, Bullhorn, timesheet systems, invoicing configurations, and other client-facing technologies.
  • Partner with Technology, Finance, Recruiting, and client system administrators to validate system access, integrations, workflows, reporting requirements, and readiness prior to launch.
  • Document client-specific workflows and configurations and identify opportunities to standardize, automate, or streamline implementation activities.

Client Implementation Support & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as a key implementation and operational contact for clients before, during, and through the post-launch transition, partnering with Sales and Account Management as owners of the broader client relationship.
  • Serve as a coordination point for post-implementation client needs, including existing client surveys (risk, compliance, etc.) and amendments to MSAs, SOWs, country-specific addenda, and related contractual documentation, coordinating with Account Management and functional teams and tracking redlines, approvals, and signatures through completion.
  • Build effective working relationships with client procurement, HR, operations, and other implementation stakeholders and support implementation-related needs throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain standardized global implementation methodologies, templates, governance processes, and playbooks.
  • Monitor implementation performance and identify process, automation, and technology improvements that strengthen implementation quality, reduce onboarding timelines, and support Infotree's evolving global operating model.

Global Country Expansion & Operational Readiness

  • Lead project planning and coordination for client expansion into new countries, partnering with the Entity Management team and functional leaders to define requirements, dependencies, owners, timelines, and launch readiness.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Human Resources, regional leadership, and external providers and advisors to support evaluation of the appropriate internal operating model for each market.
  • Assist functional teams in developing and executing country implementation plans, coordinating cross-functional activities and dependencies to ensure operational requirements are addressed prior to launch.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and open items across workstreams, escalating issues and driving accountability to keep country launches on schedule.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of country-specific implementation playbooks and checklists to support consistent, scalable expansion into new markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, operations, project management, or client delivery within staffing, EOR/PEO, payroll, HR technology, or another multi-country services organization.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with demonstrated success leading multiple complex, concurrent implementations, managing dependencies and risks, and driving successful client launches.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a natural ability to create structure from complexity, manage competing priorities, and anticipate issues before they impact implementation.
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence and strong client-facing skills, able to build effective relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Legal, Finance, Technology, Recruiting, Operations, and regional teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts, vendor and procurement processes, Certificates of Insurance, and implementation governance and documentation.
  • Experience with VMS/MSP platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar; Bullhorn or comparable staffing systems; CRM platforms; and other implementation technologies.
  • Familiarity with global staffing operations, international employment models, EOR/PEO solutions, payroll processes, and global workforce management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with external partners such as payroll providers, legal counsel, insurance brokers, implementation partners, and regional service providers is preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity across countries, cultures, regulatory environments, and workforce models while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally, for client meetings, implementation workshops, and team collaboration.
