Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer support and create a premium, white-glove experience for vehicle owners. This role is ideal for professionals with strong customer service and call center experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
NEED CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE Heavy call handling, outbound mainly, some inbound. Special projects at times.
✅ Key Requirements:
• 1–3 years of customer service/call center experience
• Heavy outbound call handling experience (some inbound calls)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Technical troubleshooting and case management experience preferred
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting vehicle owners with inquiries, concerns, and service needs
• Managing customer and dealer escalations through resolution
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Supporting warranty, goodwill, recall, and loyalty program inquiries
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact to resolution
