We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to support a wide range of compensation programs and strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who can operate independently, provide expert recommendations, and partner effectively with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead complex compensation program administration and consulting activities
✅ Support job architecture design, job evaluation, and grading initiatives
✅ Conduct salary market benchmarking and compensation analyses
✅ Review compensation actions for alignment with company policies and compensation philosophy
✅ Support incentive compensation and bonus program design and administration
✅ Participate in pay equity studies, organizational structure changes, and special compensation projects
✅ Perform job audits, job description development, survey analysis, and compensation data validation
Required Qualifications:
✔ Previous compensation experience with expertise in one or more of the following:
• Job Architecture & Job Grading
• Sales Incentive Plan Design & Administration
• Salary Market Benchmarking
• Pay Equity Analysis
Preferred Skills:
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
