What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Infotree Global Solutions?
Description
In this role, you will:
- Quickly develop an understanding of the team’s operations, culture, policies and procedures
- Run point on significant cross-functional calendaring, equipment procurement, and meeting and event/meeting planning and execution via live, videoconference and conference calls
- Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross departmental events/activities
- Provide welcome and orientation for newcomers and support managers with equipment ordering
- Serve as the on-site facilities coordinator for building-related needs such as conference room management, storage, etc.
- Handle special projects, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience supporting executive level staff (e.g., calendar management, travel, task management, facilities, purchasing, and day-to-day operations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Mail, Calendar, and Slack
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
