Weekday 2nd Shift, they work a 12-hour schedule. 5pm-5am. They are working overtime right Now.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to assemble, package, or process products efficiently.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks with precision and care.
• Manage inventory and materials using forklifts and warehouse experience to ensure timely supply of parts.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production to maintain product standards and identify any issues early.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on production processes.

Qualifications

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility or warehouse experience is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is a strong plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is desirable.
• Warehouse experience demonstrating ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness.
