We are a creative agency that specializes in branding, web design, print, and presentation formatting in the pharmaceutical industry. An ideal candidate is one who has experience formatting and organizing PowerPoint presentations for conferences in an efficient and accurate manner.
Primary Tasks:
Format PowerPoint presentations according to set style and citation guidelines
Maintain strict attention to detail.
Ability to edit certain graphics in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop preferred
Must work well in a small office setting and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Weekend availability – most events needing further presentation updates take place Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays
Requirements:
at least 1 years experience in an agency or creative department preferred (pharmaceutical experience plus).
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (especially Powerpoint).
- Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred but not required)
- Salary will be commensurate with experience. Must include a resume, samples of work, and desired salary to be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
