SAP Quality Management Specialists / Digital Business Analysts
We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management Specialist / Digital Business Analyst to support Quality Management digital transformation initiatives within an international industrial environment.
The role involves contributing to SAP QM solution deployment, business process improvement, testing coordination, and operational support in a complex and multicultural ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities :
- Act as a functional expert on SAP Quality Management (SAP QM / S/4HANA) solutions.
- Support the deployment and continuous improvement of digital Quality Management tools and processes.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Participate in solution design workshops and contribute to functional specifications and documentation.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, operational processes, and digital solution capabilities.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support project governance activities including quality gates, backlog reviews, and release management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end deployment and operational continuity.
- Prepare deployment documentation and support business key users during hypercare and stabilization phases.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and operational best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within the Quality Management domain.
Expected Deliverables :
- Support and clarification of Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Facilitation and documentation of design workshops
- Contribution to solution design and deployment activities
- Participation in integration testing cycles and test strategy definition
- Support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Hypercare and operational support after go-live
- Documentation and knowledge transfer activities
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong experience with SAP QM, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Experience in digital transformation or industrial IT projects
- Good understanding of Quality Management processes
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with both Business and IT stakeholders
- Experience with testing coordination and release management
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
