Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot devices
- Replace the LCD/ Digitizers on touch-screen radios
- Repair or replace disc readers, map disc drives, corrupt chips or boards using a soldering tool and etc
- Assemble & disassemble radios
- Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date
- Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions
- Program device to improve functionality
Repair Technician Qualifications / Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Exemplify strong attention to detail
- Must have strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision
- Familiarity and understanding of the functions of basic computer hardware and software
- On-the-job training relating to our specific products will be provided.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum six months to one year of experience repairing electronic devices such as automobile radios, computers, game systems, smart phones, etc.
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
- A background check will be conducted
Hours:
Monday-Friday
9:00am-5:30pm OR 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary
$16 - $18 per hour
