In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Relevant experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday functional configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across implementation / support / development projects
- Work closely with business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
- Demonstrate configurations using prototyping.
- Unit testing the processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
- Experience in BP configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), troubleshooting data issues / corrections, Workday reporting and analytics and security configs and changes.
- Manage and run Workday major releases, update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities for business and implement
- Propose functionality changes based on business requirements.
- Should have good experience with basic and advanced security
- Should have basic technical knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
