Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Edison, New Jersey or be willing to relocate to the area.
- At least 4 years of software testing experience.
- Good soft skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce and automation testing.
- Strong Retail & Ecommerce experience in functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proven ability to design, build and develop automation frameworks with reusable components from scratch
- Ability to develop Automation for Web and Legacy applications.
- CI/CD QA automation - Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery for automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and lifecycle.
- Experience in creating test strategies and test plans.
- Expertise in identifying automation scope and driving automation development.
- Retail POS Store experience is a plus.
- API testing experience.
- Minimum 4 years of programming experience with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (mandatory), Java, and Python.
- Experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore collaboration models.
- Agile methodology experience preferred.
- Prior experience supporting and working directly with development teams.
- Automation Tools: Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete
- Mobile Testing: Android, iOS automation tools, Cloud platforms for mobile testing
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub
- Project Management & Collaboration: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Test Management Tools: Any industry-standard tool
- CI/CD QA Automation: Continuous Integration and Delivery workflows

Salary : $72,471 - $108,589
