Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Set the technology vision and roadmap for strategic accounts and internal accelerators within STG.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to drive continuous innovation.
- Act as the highest-level technical advisor for clients, senior stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Own end-to-end architecture for large-scale, mission-critical, and cloud-native systems.
- Create reference architectures, reusable frameworks, proof of concepts and solution blueprints.
- Ensure architectural consistency, performance, scalability, and security across implementations.
- Provide hands-on guidance in solving complex engineering challenges across multiple programs.
- Review and sign off on architecture decisions, design documents, and code quality.
- Define best practices, engineering standards, and technology governance models.
- Lead high-impact technical discussions with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into actionable technology strategies and architectures.
- Partner with account teams to shape new opportunities and strengthen technical credibility.
- Drive internal innovation initiatives, PoCs, and IP creation within STG.
- Represent Infosys at tech forums, conferences, and industry events.
- Mentor architects, technologists, and engineering leaders to build strong internal capability.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- Experience scaling technology capabilities for global enterprise clients.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, complex environments and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation at scale.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
