Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Rendezvous (RV), and RabbitMQ
- Strong Unix/Linux troubleshooting background.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting (bash or ksh).
- Experience with log analysis, performance metrics, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Around 2 years of hands-on experience supporting messaging platforms Kafka, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Hawk, or RabbitMQ Management Console.
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
