In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Experience in Servigistics SPM
expertise as Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in Supply Chain domain.
- Supply Chain Planning
- Service Parts Planning
- Demand Forecasting
- Inventory Optimization
- Service level and inventory policy management
- Experience supporting or participating in Servigistics SPM 14 upgrade initiatives.
- Experience in production support and business-facing functional roles.
- Experience with other supply chain planning / optimization tools such as:
- Quintiq
- Other supply chain planning platforms / APS tools
- Exposure to global supply chain support models
- Experience working across cross-functional planning and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
