In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
- An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
- Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
- Experience in MDM Development with a focus on STIBO MDM and Customer / Product implementation.
- Experience in STIBO MDM tools.
- Experience in data modelling principles and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Stibo STEP and Javascripting using STEP APIs
- Experience in data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
- Experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
- Must be proficient in handling XML Inbound and Outbound in Talend. Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services will be an added advantage
- Experience with process around creating products using data pools and supplier Smartsheets.
- Ability to develop extension APIs for integrations, portals and imports
- Experience in problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatch, Data Import, and Data Export
- Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
- Knowledge in ETL process from various source systems to Staging area, from staging to Data Marts and data load
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
