Senior SAP SD Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant

As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• C andidate must be located within the commuting distance of Richardson/Houston, TX or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Indianapolis, IN or Chicago or be willing to relocate to any of these locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP SD module including at least 2 full life cycle project implementation.
• Strong in-depth experience in sales order, delivery, billing, pricing, SD account assignment and revenue recognition processes and system integration areas.
• Cross functional module knowledge.
• Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution.
• Identify areas of improvement and share regular feedbacks with the team.
• Project experience on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems including iDocs, RFCs, BAPI etc.
• Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills is preferred.
• Good Analytical, Communication and Presentation skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Able to work and connect with the team remotely who are located in other geographies.
  
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
