SAP MM / EWM Consultant

Infosys Is Seeking a Consultant With SAP MM/EWM Skills

This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• The location for this position is Dearborn, MI. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 4 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 4 years of experience in SAP Material Management and Inventory Management Skills
• Strong in S4HANA SAP Material Management and Inventory Management, experience in configuring and customizing the processes of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning, Variant Configuration, Valuation, Inventory Management, IS Auto specific processes like JIT , S2L and Kanban, EWM Inbound, EWM Outbound, Internal Warehousing processes, RF scanner usage, PPF processing
• Should have done minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end to end Implementation
• Knowledge on WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in MM and EWM
• MM Integration knowledge on sales, Finance, production, SCM(APO) modules.
• Knowledge on RF Scanning Devices.
• Experience/expertise of MM and EWM integration points with SD, PP, and FI/CO
• SAP product certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Travel to client warehouses for 4 weeks at a stretch to support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience with project management

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
