In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Partner with business stakeholders and oversee requirement elicitation process, to align requirements with immediate and prospective market demands.
- Drive scalable and secure architectural designs ensuring compliance with architectural standards, integration of appropriate security measures and smooth integration with existing systems.
- Lead and anchor solution evaluation efforts, assessing the client’s existing landscape to recommend integrated, stable, and future-proof solutions. Develop a strategic roadmap for future transformation and communicate the same to client stakeholders.
- Create roadmap for integration of architectural solutions basis system risk landscape and define short, medium and long-term milestones, ensuring alignment with organization's overall technology and business goals.
- Define strategies for large-scale transitions and modernization initiatives.
- Act as an advisor to technical teams and client stakeholders. Build client relationships, assess client feedback obtained by the team and provide insights on plans to be actioned upon basis the feedback.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives for the enterprise architectural landscape and provide insights on technological risk areas and related mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of critical organizational technical knowledge.
- Contribute to proposals and go-to market materials by collaborating with sales teams and provide insights on specialized methodologies and architectural solutions during client engagement.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to professional publications.
- A strategic vision for aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals and industry trends
- Expertise in designing scalable and secure architectures while ensuring compliance with standards.
- A proactive approach to risk management and solution-oriented problem-solving.
- Proficiency in creating, managing and disseminating technical insights and frameworks.
- Strong communication and advisory skills to build trust and engagement.
- The ability to define future-state roadmaps and modernization strategies.
- Passion to represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to professional publications.
- Strong experience in integrating AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, and middleware.
- Strong proficiency with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) for building production-ready AI workflows.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic systems including tool use, agent patterns, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Expertise in vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, Amazon Titan, or Azure AI Search.
- Strong understanding of scalable data pipelines, data chunking strategies, and high‑performance retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps/GenAIOps practices including CI/CD for LLMs, model monitoring, safety layers, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with cloud AI/ML stacks (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
- Deep understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI applications such as search, chatbots, content generation, digital twins, or design automation.
- Ability to work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to articulate deep technical concepts and architectural decisions.
- Expertise in leading and delivering one or more technology transformation programs successfully with tangible business outcomes.
- Prior Experience in software development, Architecture and Design of large enterprise systems. In technical areas like Java, J2EE, .NET, Microservices, Cloud native development, AI, ML, Infrastructure as code, scripting, hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, NFRs like performance, resiliency, scalability, IT security, DevSecops etc.
- Expertise in playing the role of a Chief Architect or Architecture Lead equivalent in the past and should have personally led a team of architects as part of large programs and provided guidance, coaching and mentoring to ensure tech quality of the program is met.
- Should have good technology knowledge breadth across SDLC
- Should have a depth in at least two of the above areas to drive end-to-end transformation solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
