In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Pega PRPC in accordance with Pega Guardrails and best practices
- Lead development activities within Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning, estimation, design reviews, and retrospectives
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solution designs, including case types, data models, flows, UI rules, and integrations
- Develop reusable Pega components and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with solution architecture and enterprise standards
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Support integration with external systems using REST/SOAP services and message-based architectures
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues
- Participate actively in design, build, testing, and deployment phases of the project lifecycle
- Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated builds and deployments
- Engage with stakeholders and clients, providing technical input and participating in solution discussions and proposals
- Strong understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based, and JMS)
- Working knowledge of Pega Dev Studio and App Studio
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar automation platforms
- Familiarity with Git or other source control systems
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts
- Exposure to performance tuning and production support in Pega applications
- Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
